Je inschrijving is definitief na overschrijving van het correcte bedrag. Indien je minstens 5 dagen op voorhand annuleert, houden we 10 euro administratiekosten in. Wie minder dan 5 dagen voor aanvang annuleert, kan slechts 50% van de kosten terugkrijgen, tenzij ziekte of overmacht kan aangetoond worden. Kan je er zelf niet raken, maar ken je een collega of iemand anders die geïnteresseerd is, dan kan je die wel kostenloos in jouw plaats laten deelnemen.
Wie minder dan 5 dagen voor de activiteit nog niet betaald heeft, betaalt 10 euro extra om alsnog deel te nemen.
LABO vzw kan tot 3 dagen op voorhand beslissen om de activiteit te annuleren. Wanneer LABO vzw een activiteit wegens te weinig deelnemers, onvoorziene omstandigheden of overmacht moet afzeggen, betalen we binnen de 14 dagen het volledige bedrag terug. Er wordt altijd bekeken met de ingeschreven deelnemers of er een nieuwe datum kan gevonden worden voor de afgezegde activiteit.

Your registration is approved after the transfer of the correct amount. If you cancel your participation at least 5 days ahead of the activity, we keep 10 euro administration costs. If you cancel your participation less than 5 days ahead of the activity, 50% of your paid fee will be refunded, unless you can provide us proof of sickness or circumstances beyond your control. If you can't come yourself, you can always get yourself replaced by a colleague or friend. This person can take part in your place without any extra costs.
If you haven't paid 5 days ahead of the activity you are requested to pay 10 euro extra on top of the participation fee.
LABO can decid upto 3 days before the activity to cancel the workshop. If LABO cancels an activity because of too little participants or unforeseen circomstances beyond or control, we refund your money within 14 days. We always look into the possibility together with the participants if a new date can be found for the cancelled activity.
